運送政策 | Shipping Policy

1. 訂單處理時間 | Order Processing Time

所有 Uyir512 的產品均為手工製作或精心挑選。訂單通常在 2-3 個工作日內處理（不含週末與國定假日）。

All Uyir512 products are handcrafted or carefully curated. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

2. 國內運送 (台灣) | Domestic Shipping (Taiwan)

我們提供以下運送方式：

超商取貨說明 (CVS Note): 請確保收件人姓名與身分證件一致，否則將無法取貨。

Please ensure your recipient name matches your ID exactly for CVS pickups.

3. 國際運送 | International Shipping

我們支援全球配送。運費與時間將於結帳時根據目的地自動計算。

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

• 預計時間 (Estimated Time): 7-14 Business Days.

• 關稅說明 (Customs): 跨國寄送可能產生關稅，此費用由買家承擔。

• International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. 追蹤您的訂單 | Order Tracking

訂單寄出後，您將收到一封包含追蹤編號的電子郵件。

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

5. 遺失或損壞 | Lost or Damaged Items

Uyir512 對運送途中損壞或遺失的產品不承擔直接責任，但我們會盡全力協助您向物流公司提出索賠。

While Uyir512 is not directly liable for products damaged or lost during shipping, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

6. 7天鑑賞期 | 7-Day Cooling-off Period

根據台灣消費者保護法，您享有商品到貨後 7 天的鑑賞期（非試用期）。退回商品必須是全新狀態且包裝完整。

According to Taiwan law, you are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period upon receipt. Returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
